`Ekahi is artisan canned Ahi, flavorful and delicious because we use my tutu’s traditional methods and recipe.
To honor our local heritage and bounty we produce everything on island. We use only the freshest Ahi, line-caught off Kauaiian shores by local fishermen, local sea salt, Hawaiian chili peppers, slices of Tahitian lime and ginger root, all grown on island.
